Enrolment Terms and Conditions
By enrolling in any tutoring services offered by The Perfect Five, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Eligibility
Students must provide accurate information during the enrolment process. Enrollment is open to students preparing for Advanced Placement (AP) exams or those seeking academic improvement in the subjects offered by The Perfect Five.
2. Enrolment Process
To enroll in our services, you must:

Complete the online contact form.

Participate in a free consultation call and/or demo session.

Agree to the tutoring schedule, program plan, and fees as discussed.
3. Payment Terms

Payment is required in advance for 10 classes at a time.

Payment must be made before the first class following the demo session.

Payments can be made via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or other approved methods as listed on our website.

No sessions will begin until full payment for the block of 10 classes has been received.
4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Student: Students may cancel their enrollment up to 7 days before the course starts to receive a full refund. After that period, refunds will be prorated based on the number of completed sessions.

Cancellation by The Perfect Five: If a session is canceled by The Perfect Five, it will be rescheduled. No refunds will be offered for canceled sessions.

No Refund for Missed Classes: If a student misses a class without prior notice (24 hours before the scheduled session), no refund will be issued for that class.
5. Rescheduling Policy

Students may reschedule a session by providing at least 24 hours' notice. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to additional fees or counted as a missed session.
6. Tutoring Sessions

All tutoring sessions are conducted online and are 1.5 hours in length.

The duration and frequency of sessions will be agreed upon during the enrolment process.

If the tutor or student is late for a session, the lost time will be added to ensure the full agreed-upon duration.
7. Code of Conduct
We maintain a respectful, productive learning environment. Students are expected to:

Attend sessions on time and be prepared.

Engage respectfully with tutors.

Maintain academic integrity and not engage in any form of cheating or dishonest behavior.
Failure to follow these guidelines may result in the termination of services without a refund.
8. Intellectual Property
All course materials, resources, and content provided by The Perfect Five are proprietary and for personal educational use only. Students are not permitted to distribute, copy, or share these materials without prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide top-quality tutoring services, The Perfect Five does not guarantee any specific outcome or score improvement. Success is dependent on the individual’s effort and commitment.
10. Privacy Policy
All personal information collected during the enrolment process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to Terms
The Perfect Five reserves the right to update or modify these enrolment terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will become effective immediately for all new enrollments.
